Jaguar XKR with Speed and Black Pack

For the 2011 XKR model Jaguar has introduced two customization options: the Speed Pack, which increases the maximum speed up to 280 km/h, and the Black Pack, which enhances the visual impact thanks to 20" wheels and matte black exterior details and trims.

The 2011 Model Year XKR features the AJ-V8 Gen III R direct-injection supercharged 5.0-litre engine, which delivers 510PS (510bhp SAE), 625Nm of torque and propels the XKR coupe to 60mph in just 4.6 seconds.

With the optional Speed Pack, the maximum speed of the XKR is raised from 155mph (250km/h) to an electronically limited 174mph (280km/h) thanks to recalibration of the engine management system.

Jaguar Mark XXI Concept

The Jaguar Mark XXI - Bionomic Autonomous Limousine - is a design study focused on autonomous technologies. Among the features are the moving solar panels inspired by humble leaves. It was designed by Coventry graduate Chris Pollard.

The exterior design is inspired by the idea of living in symbiosis with nature.

A large area of the body is covered inphotovoltaic panels.

Once the vehicle is parked, photovoltaic surfaces rise to face the sun and follow it as the day passes, contributing to recharging the on-board batteries.

The All New 2010 Jaguar XJ

Jaguar has unveiled the new XJ four-door flagship model. It is characterized by alightweight aluminum construction and by a sleek streamlined design based on the formal language introduced with the XF.

The new XJ is characterized by a fluid, contemporary style and a flowing design, with the silhouette defined by the elongated teardrop shape of the side windows.

The streamlined body shares a drag coefficient of 0.29 with the XF saloon, making them the most aerodynamic Jaguars ever.

A coupé profile cloaks a cabin that offers comparable levels of space to saloons with a more conventional style.

There is generous accommodation for five occupants, while long-wheelbase models provide rear-seat passengers with greater levels of comfort thanks to an additional 125mm of rear legroom.

The refined interior has a strong sporting character throughout. Apanoramic glass roof, standard on all models and enhances the sense of light and space.
