At the 2010 Geneva Motor Show Seat has revealed the IBE Concept, a compact coupé with an all-electric powertrain and a new design language that gives some hints at the company 's styling direction for the future models.
The all-electric powertrain features a front-mounted motor which delivers 75 kW (102 hp) and 200 Nm of torque.
The lithium-ion batteries have a capacity of 18 kWh, and are located at the rear, which allow for a range sufficient for most urban trips.
Thanks to the reduced weight of 1,000 kg, the IBE Concept sprints from 0 to 50 km/h in 3.4 seconds - the classic 0-100 km/tim is 9.4 seconds, and the top speed is 160 km/h.
